My passion for healthy hair was shaped early through the guidance of a cosmetologist Mother 🌹 and the real-life responsibility of caring for four daughters with textured hair. This foundation instilled discipline, patience, and a deep understanding of what hair truly needs to thrive. I specialize in healthy loc maintenance, natural hair care, and flawless silk presses, delivering consistent results through technique, education, and attention to detail. Each service is approached with care, precision, and respect for the integrity of the hair. At this studio, healthy hair is not optional it is the standard. Resilient Crown operates as an appointment-only experience designed for clients who value professionalism, quality, and excellence. From elevated loc services and silk presses to eyebrow arching, soft glam makeup, and select kid services, every detail is executed with expertise in a calm, intentional environment. Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service. • Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit. • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. • To maintain a calm, professional environment, no extra guests are allowed. • Children are welcome only if they are the client being serviced. • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. • All services are non-refundable. Kids services at Resilient Crown are available for children ages 5 and up. To ensure a calm and enjoyable experience, only the child being serviced is permitted in the styling area, with no additional children or guests. Hair must be detangled prior to arrival, and all services are age-appropriate and include shampoo and conditioning. Parents or guardians must remain available during the appointment, and we kindly ask that everyone arrive on time. All kids services are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
At Loc’d Down By Rai, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please be mindful when booking.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No call / no shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
